The Cisco 7960 is the Cisco phone to use. More keys means more power and flexibility in the way you route and receive calls. Traditionally Cisco phones work best with Cisco's Unified Communications systems and subsequently they will only support Power over Ethernet (PoE) from Cisco switching hardware and will behave idiosyncratically when not used with their proprietary SCCP system.
