We have released a scripted installer for the 10.5.3 update for the Apple operating system. The scripted installer has cumulative fixes for Open Computers. If your Open Computer does not have OS X Leopard 10.5.3 you may download and perform this update. This update will also activate OS X Leopard's built-in automatic updater which will allow you to perform safe updates from Apple through the built-in Software Update utility. This is a known issue with OS X Leopard. We have created this package to simplify the resolution of this issue for our users and any other Mac users. This fix is not provided by OS X Automatic Updates. To enable the Keyboard Viewer, Character Palette, and Japanese Kanji Palette just download, extract, and run this .pkg file.
