Remote Support A remote support session is a session conducted via the Internet that allows for a live technician to fix your PC or Mac while speaking to you over the phone. The technician can see your screen and act as if he is sitting at your computer. With your supervision the technician can perform maintenance on your computer or fix issues you may have such as: - installing a printer that is already connected to the computer
